A website for the members and competitors of Whickham and District Motor Club. Established as one of the North Easts largest and involved motor clubs in the rallying scene for over 40 years.

There won't be many events in the North of England and Scotland on which you wont find members of WDMC either competing in, organising, marshalling or helping out in some way or another. WDMC has some of the North East's most respected and challenging events under its belt ever since rallying came about in the region. After hosting various events over the years the club now concentrates its efforts to offer some of the countries most demanding and fastest sealed surface and forest stages on offer in the region.

The Border Counties Rally in conjunction with Hawick and Border CC and the Cheviot Rally both of which still attract an enviable entry list year after year are two of the clubs main events. The Shaw trophy is another of the clubs nationwide respected events, ever since the 1st event back in 1965 the Shaw road rally has matured along side regulations and restrictions to still offer a great nights road rallying testing both driver and co-drivers coordination and navigational abilities to their maximum.
