Production Car Autotest will be held at the old Tranwell Airfield

Albemarle Production Car Autotest

Our next Production Car Autotest will be held at the Albemarle Barracks Airfield on 30th November 2025.

This will be our first PCA at this location for a few years, plans are well under way for this grass roots motorsport event. We plan to have 4 test on a loop, 4 times over so a total of 16 tests.

Regs for the event should be available soon.

About PCA's

Production Car Autotests (PCA's) are an affordable form of motorsport with no requirement forany special safety gear. You’ll need to be at least 16 years old to compete and you will need to apply for the free Motorsport UK RS Clubman Licence.

Most people start off in their road cars; small hatchbacks have proved popular and competitive, but any car can compete in an Autotest.

Whickham and District Motor Club also organise the Cheviot Stages Rally in October, the Shaw Trophy Targa rally in April and the Lambton Targa rally in December.
